What data is processed
Contact form
When you use the contact form, the details you enter — name, email address and message — are sent to me by email for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. They are not stored in a database and are never used for advertising.
Server logs
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider records technical details such as the IP address, the date and time of access and the browser used. These records serve the secure operation of the website and are not combined with your person.
Legal basis
The processing of form data is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give explicitly when submitting the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Recipients of the data
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Form messages are delivered through Google Workspace, the email service used for phonarco.com. No data is passed on to any other third party.
Transfers abroad
Netlify, Inc. and Google LLC, the provider of the email service, are based in the United States, so data may be transferred to the US. Both companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its Swiss extension; in addition, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Your enquiry is kept for as long as it is needed to handle it and any follow-up questions. After that it is deleted.
Cookies
This website sets a single technical cookie named NEXT_LOCALE. It stores only the language you selected, so that the page is shown in that language. It contains no personal data, is not used for analytics and is deleted when you close your browser. Because it is necessary for the website to work, no consent is required for it. If you switch to dark mode, your browser remembers that choice locally (localStorage). It never leaves your device and is not sent to anyone.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the data processed about you, and to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, write to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the EU the data protection authority of your country.
Security
The website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS, so the data transfer between your browser and the site is protected.
